Warranty, Returns & Refunds
Warranty (1 Year)
Coverage: All Unerring products include a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
If we made it wrong: We’ll remake the defective part free of charge and ship it immediately at no cost to you.
Third-party gear: Responsibility for VR headsets and controllers rests with the user; Unerring is not liable for damage to third-party devices.

Cancellations (Before Shipment)
If you change your mind before your order ships (no tracking email yet), we’ll issue a full refund right away just contact us.
If Your Order Has Already Shipped
- If you’ve changed your mind after dispatch, you may decline the parcel at delivery (or not collect it from the local post office). It will be returned to us automatically. Once received back in original condition, we’ll issue a full refund.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Conditions
- Item must be in the same condition you received it: no wear and tear, with all parts, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- No restocking fees. We process an immediate refund to your original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the return (see “Refunds” timing below).
How to start a return
- Email support@pembrokeforge.com to receive the return address and instructions.
- Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized products
- Used items or items not in original condition/packaging
- Sale items and gift cards

Refunds
- We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm approval.
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
- If 15 business days have passed since approval and you don’t see the refund, contact us at support@pembrokeforge.com
Important Notes
- Proof of Purchase Required: All warranty claims require valid proof of purchase and, in some cases, photos or videos of the issue.
- Carrier Responsibility: Once tracking shows a package is delivered, Unerring is not responsible for loss, theft, or delays caused by the carrier. Customers must file claims with the carrier in these cases.
- Shipping Delays & Customs: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs holds, or additional import taxes/fees in your country.
- Partial Refunds: Returns that do not meet the stated conditions (missing parts, visible use, damage, or improper packaging) may receive a partial refund or be rejected.
- Chargebacks & Disputes: Fraudulent claims or chargebacks will be contested with delivery and transaction records.
Safety & Responsibility
Unerring products are designed for VR gaming only. By purchasing, you agree to the following:
- Unerring is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse, modification, or improper handling of our products.
- Users are solely responsible for ensuring that products are used safely and appropriately.
- Unerring is not responsible for any damage to VR headsets, controllers, or third-party accessories when used with our products.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unerring’s liability is limited strictly to the cost of the product purchased.
