Maker's Kit License Agreement

Product: Unerring – Progrip Adaptive Stock
License Type: Maker’s Kit – Digital License (Personal, Non-Commercial)
Issued by: Pembroke Forge (“Licensor”)
Effective Date: Upon purchase or download of the Maker’s Kit digital files.

1. License Grant

By purchasing or downloading this Maker’s Kit, you (“Licensee”) are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Download and use the provided 3D files (.3mf, .stl, or equivalent) for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • 3D print and assemble your own Unerring stock for private use, testing, or display.
  • Modify or remix the files for personal use. You may publish or share your modifications for free, provided you:

2. Restrictions

Without a Commercial License, you may not:

  • Sell, rent, or distribute the original files, derivatives, or printed versions.
  • Publish or share the original unmodified 3D files publicly.
  • Use any components or designs in a product intended for resale or commercial manufacturing.
  • Claim authorship or remove Pembroke Forge markings, brand, or design identifiers.
  • Use the design in any way that implies affiliation, partnership, or endorsement by Pembroke Forge.

3. Attribution

If you share your printed or modified versions online (social media, forums, etc.), please include:

“Based on the Unerring Progrip Adaptive Stock – Maker’s Kit by Pembroke Forge”

We encourage you to tag @pembrokeforge when posting your build or modifications.

4. Ownership

All intellectual property rights, copyrights, and design ownership remain the sole property of Pembroke Forge.

Purchasing or downloading this Maker’s Kit does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or any commercial rights.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

This product and all related files are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Pembroke Forge LLC is not responsible for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from:

  • Improper 3D printing, assembly, or modification of the product.
  • Use during gameplay or physical activity.

Always verify assembly integrity before use.

6. Termination

This license automatically terminates if:

  • You breach any terms of this agreement.
  • You distribute, sell, or share the original or derivative files commercially without authorization.

Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the licensed files and derivatives.

7. Commercial License Option

If you wish to:

  • Manufacture and sell printed versions of the product,
  • Integrate the design into your own commercial products, or
  • Collaborate on future development with Pembroke Forge,

you must obtain a separate Commercial License Agreement.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
